This is the 2nd time using Lee for a room remodel in our home. We really appreciate that he's always on-time, thorough, and knowledgeable. He also has great ideas and makes excellent recommendations about things we never thought of.

Working with Lee and new millennium construction on my clients interior design project was a dream come true. My company mostly works in New York City and I have several contractors that I refer to my interior design clients. When a client in Los Angeles needed our assistance with mediation and a new roof, I had to interview several contractors since I had not worked in the area in a few years. Our first meeting was when I realized he would be the winning bid Lee has years of experience and was completely on target as far as his timeline and budget. The work they produce is done correctly and in a timely manner. My family member needs some work done and Lee is the only contractor I’ve met that I’d feel comfortable leaving unattended. He will do the work correctly and I don’t need to double check his work. See you next month Lee. If things go well over the next 5-10 years I’ll be building a new house on the property and tearing down the old one eventually.

New Millennium Construction Services recently completed the installation and upgrade of several drinking fountains across the Irvine Valley College campus. Their work was of high quality, with the new fountains meeting our campus standards for both function and appearance. The team was professional and maintained clear communication throughout the project, making coordination with our facilities team smooth. The project was completed within the expected timeframe, with minimal disruptions to campus operations. Safety measures were well-managed, particularly in high-traffic areas, ensuring a secure environment for students and staff. Any minor issues were addressed promptly and with attention to detail. Overall, we were satisfied with New Millennium's performance and would consider working with them again for future campus projects.

I was ready to give up on doing any remodeling, because I could not get a hold of a contractor or have one call me back. Finally, Lee at New Millennium responded and the next day I had an estimate of the work I wanted done. In the last two months before I did manage to get a couple of quotes. Lee’s quote was considerably lower and contained a greater number if items that he would do. In my kitchen I had a new quartz countertop, sink, garbage disposal, and microwave installed. I replaced the tiled floor with waterproof vinyl flooring. Had the cabinets resurfaced. In my bathroom I had the tub replaced with a beautiful tiled shower with barn doors.
